This program targets professionals with an undergraduate degree in Communication, Systems Engineering, Business Management, Advertising and Marketing.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

This program focuses on creating professionals who will go beyond new technologies in informatics and conceptual models incorporate communication. Also, they can anticipate institutional transformations and lead transformation processes to adapt organizations to new mediations to optimize institutional knowledge management.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

• To acquire theoretical and methodological knowledge that allows students to know, analyze and optimize communication workshops to make relevant models that explain and define an organization's development trends.
• To know and learn the main principles of information technology management to analyze knowledge building processes in organizations and their innovation possibilities.
• To define and implement communication disciplines, theories and methods to improve productivity and competitiveness.
